**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented **Knowledge Manager** on a contract basis to own the enhancement of our knowledge base, and turn it into a well oiled information sharing platform and ensure our many years of information and experience is well documented, easy to use, easy to find.
This will be a 6-month contract role to start, with possible extension based on project scope.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Perform a full content review of internal Wiki including working with internal stakeholders to improve and expand content;
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement;
- Establish Wiki style guidelines for content, ensuring consistency across the wiki;
- Establish new templates and uplift exisiting templates;
- Devise and deploy consistent space information hierarchy across teams;
- Establish "user-friendly" customer content templates;
- Provide support for staff to use and maintain the Wiki;
- Create 'how to' documentation to introduce new template and content across the organisation;
- Futureproof ongoing organisation maintenance.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in organising information / documentation or similar (“organising content”).
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Experience with Confluence & Wiki
- Have a background in intranet management, intranet development or digital publishing
- Strong documentation development and layout skills
- Experience in improving user experience (design, content, visuals, diagrams)
- Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail

- Staff Manual is always up-to-date, information is easy to find
- Team spaces are well structured and consistent across teams
- Customer content is user-friendly and easy to understand
- Staff are well supported to create new Wiki content.
