**About the Opportunity**
Reporting to the Branch Manager, our Employment Account Officers conduct business development activities with local businesses such as reverse marketing, telemarketing and lead generating activities to support our jobseekers to secure ongoing suitable employment. Identifying and developing collaborative relationships with clients and employers with a focus on securing successful job placements and supporting new business opportunities.
We are looking for a results-oriented person, who has either a recruitment, business development or account management background, who is driven by helping people. You will be passionate about enhancing customer experience and motivated to succeed with a proven track record in meeting KPIs, building relationships and displaying a resilient positive attitude.
This position is a full-time role and will be primarily based at our Gosford office, however you may be required to work from any of our locations from time to time.
**Ideally, to be successful you will need**
- Relevant Certificate IV or specific industry or equivalent knowledge and 3 to 5 years of experience
- Demonstrated personal integrity, professionalism and empathy towards people living with Disabilities
- Demonstrated experience or transferrable skills for success in employment services and account management
- Effective and adaptable communication skills with the ability to build and manage strong relationships with participants, employers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- The ability to learn and fully adopt new software packages and electronic business systems, including the use of ESS & JRL
**Essential Criteria**
- NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current driver’s licence (minimum P2)
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as per NSW health orders
