**About the role and team**

As the Finance Business Partner for Justice and Courts, you will report to both the ANZ Director of Finance & Procurement and the Director of G4S Services. You will be responsible for delivering commercial, financial, and strategic support to the various operating contracts within our G4S Services business portfolio. This is a true business partnering role where you will be working closely with and influencing a team of General Managers and other key stakeholders.
- **Reporting and budgeting**:Leading the annual Budgeting and periodic forecasting process for the Portfolio and support the Finance team in meeting ANZ business requirements in this area.
- **Portfolio and capital management**: Identifying continuously improvements on return on invested capital. Responsible for initial review/recommendation and post-acquisition review of investments for the Portfolio and cost management
- **Cash**:Lead the improvement in cash flow for the Portfolio through improved commercial management. Support the Portfolio, Shared service centre and the ANZ Finance team in collections activities where required.
- **Management information**:Provide information and insight to the Portfolio contract leaders, commercial support and the G4S Services leadership team. Ensure the information genuinely reflects business performance
- Collaborate with other senior finance team members to effectively maintain integrity in relation to financial controls within the Portfolio and the G4S Services division.

**What we're looking for**
- 10+ years of experience in a similar senior finance role, demonstrating strong business partnering capabilities with a focus on building relationships, interpreting financial data, and proactively providing strategic guidance to operational leaders.
- Experience working in a large, complex organisation, preferably with US GAAP knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
- Proactive and commercially minded, with a proven ability to drive financial performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and potential issues before they impact operations
- The ability to develop and mentor contract leaders in effective P&L management
- Experience in an operational environment with a customer-facing personality
