**Company Description**:
A Collection A/R Analyst is responsible for the investigation, analysis, and resolution of collection problems, the collection of past due accounts and preparation of collection reports. The responsibilities include entering and balancing daily cash from the bank lock box and various cash reports.

**Primary Roles/Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues and secure payment on invoices.
- Maintain and produce Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for customer account reconciliation.
- Act as a liaison between the Sales Reps and the customer in resolving payment issues.
- Resolve issues regarding short payments, over payments, unapplied payments, write-offs, purchase orders, credit terms, and contracts.
- Prepare delinquent accounts for legal action.
- Notify appropriate department of billing inaccuracies.
- Promptly respond to all account receivable inquires.
- Process write-off’s.
- Balance month end cash and A/R.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-5 years Collection experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent organization/time management, planning and prioritization skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
- Ability to develop a strong relationship with internal/external customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly motivated, energetic and committed to getting results.
- Proven ability to use strategy to take a collection problem from start to finish.

**Desired Skills/Competencies**:

- Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft Office and Blackline.
- Basic accounting background and math aptitude.
