An opportunity exists for a Systems Support Coordinator to join the AGS Client Services team. Our cohesive and dynamic team is integral to the delivery of AGS's market development and client service strategy. The Systems Support Coordinator plays an important role in supporting and maintaining AGS's client engagement systems.

**About the role**
As the Systems Support Coordinator, you will have an integral role in supporting a number of client engagement platforms. The role will report to the Web Manager (APS 6) who reports directly to the Director Marketing (Executive Level 2).

As a highly motivated team player you will have the opportunity to make an immediate contribution to the work we do. In this role you will work on a variety of projects, tasks and client engagement systems, including assisting with:

- maintaining currency and enhancing AGS's website
- management of CRM data
- development of surveys and collating results
- maintaining currency of the AGS Toolbox (intranet) site.

A strong focus on attention to detail is essential.

The position is located within the AGS Client Services team based in Canberra.
