**About Us**

Totally Equipped 4x4 has been a family-owned business for 4 years, based in Batemans Bay on the beautiful NSW South Coast.

Totally Equipped offer a turnkey solution specializing in upgrades and new installations, repairs, parts and accessories. For all makes of 4x4 vehicles and caravans, whether it be a customer preowned vehicle or pre delivery dealer vehicle.

Steering and suspension upgrades, bull bars and canopies, electronics packages, lithium upgrades or slide outs and fridges, Totally Equipped 4x4 cover it all.

**The role**

Totally Equipped has witnessed massive growth and are looking to expand our team and require a full-time permanent **Customer Service Officer **for our business showroom and sales desk. The successful applicant will join a happy professional team and will be initially guided by a highly experienced sales team supporting customer requirements, requests and sales in 4WD and caravan installations, repairs, parts and accessories.

Working Monday to Friday and a rostered monthly Saturday, then having all other full weekends to enjoy the beach, the surf or even the bush

- Front counter enquiries and sales

Providing product information to customers

Processing sale details into purchasing system and ensuring customer product is ordered.

Ability to self-manage work time and possess a can-do attitude.

**Salary**: $52,000.00 - $57,500.00 per year
