We are seeking a friendly and motivated **Customer Service Officer** to join our team at our **Runaway Bay** location. If you are passionate about helping others, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients warmly and assist with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general support.
- Maintain client records and appointment schedules with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Assist with hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting under the guidance of audiologists.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and manage point-of-sale transactions.
- Support daily clinic operations, including stock management and general office upkeep.
- Contribute to a welcoming and professional clinic environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in customer service or reception (experience in healthcare or audiology is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

- Runaway Bay QLD 4216: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
