Due to ongoing growth, Byfields is looking for a **Bookkeeper **to join our **Agribusiness team** in our **Belmont office, full time**.

As a Bookkeeper at Byfields, you'll be part of a small team and play a crucial role, supporting our client’s financial operations.

The directors are very much aware that effective working hours are more important than bulk hours at work, and we want to ensure a balance of work and non-work time. We believe productivity can still be achieved without committing to excessive hours.

- Guaranteeing our client’s satisfaction through strong communication and timely solutions.
- Working independently, troubleshoot issues, and contribute positively to team dynamics.
- Reconciling bank accounts, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
- Managing payroll with precision, showcasing your payroll accuracy skills.
- Expertly handling BAS and IAS preparation and submissions.
- Supporting our Accounting staff with financial queries.
- Proven experience in accurate payroll processing and compliance.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills to address client needs promptly.
- Effective time management and project prioritisation.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
- Willingness to assist and support team members.
- Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and MS Excel (Experience with Agrimaster will be beneficial).

Byfields are the largest WA based CPA firm, and we operate through eight offices, with head office located in Belmont, and rural offices in Northam, Merredin, Narrogin, Wagin, York, Beverley and Esperance.
