**Café Manager** at their soon to be opened new venue on the Northern Beaches in the heart of
**Manly Beach.**

**The Role**:
As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase foot traffic and revenue, managing a team of passionate baristas and servers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised cafe environment.

More specifically, the responsibilities are varied as the following:

- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase foot traffic and revenue
- Managing and leading a team of staff, including hiring, training, and rostering
- Ensuring that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standard
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Implementing new menu items and promotions as directed by the head-office
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Managing the financial performance of the cafe, including monitoring costs and revenues and making adjustments as needed
- Creating and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors
- Managing the marketing and promotional activities of the cafe to increase brand awareness and drive sales

**You**:

- Proven experience as a cafe or restaurant manager
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to manage finances and control costs
- Passion for creating a welcoming and enjoyable customer experience
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have full working rights in Australia
