A great opportunity has arisen at The Star Gold Coast as the Restaurants Administration Assistant. In this role you will need a friendly, professional attitude to focus on delivering a high level of customer service and ensuring familiarity and knowledge of the property and current promotions and offers.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Assisting with general restaurant reservations and group bookings for our F&B outlets including Garden Kitchen & Bar, Cucina Vivo, Kiyomi, Harvest Buffet, Uncle Su, Sovereign Dining and more
- Answering phone enquiries and assisting our Sydney Reservations team with local guest enquiries and volume overflow
- Booking private booths, cabanas, and special event packages
- Issuing invoices, and processing payments
- Maintaining and updating bookings and client notes in ResDiary
- Assisting with the planning stages of functions/group bookings including making recommendations for menus, theming, audio visual and adhering to minimum spend requirements
- Maintaining and updating function bookings in Delphi
- Finalising small events and group bookings within specified time frames
- Liaising with Chefs, venue managers, and all relevant internal teams for group bookings and small functions

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- A thorough knowledge of The Star Gold Coast restaurants and property
- A high attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Knowledge of Opera advantageous
- Flexible availability to suit business needs
