**The Role**:
We are currently looking for an experienced, Multi Skilled Carer to join the team at Lefroy Care Centre in Bull Creek. This role is permanent part-time offering 40 hours per fortnight.

**Week 1**
Monday: 0700-1300

Wednesday: 1500- 2200

Thursday: 1500- 2200

Saturday: 1700-2100

**Week 2**

Thursday: 1500- 2200

Friday: 1500- 2200

Saturday: 1500- 2200
- Please note, you must be able to commit to all days/shifts to be considered_

**_ Key Responsibilities:_**
- Support resident’s physical, social, emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing through individualised care delivery
- Assist with resident’s care needs in line with their care plan
- Collaborate with team members to promote a harmonious working environment
- Support and advocate the rights of older people
- Assist with personal hygiene, showering and toileting
- Assist with activities of daily living, dressing and grooming
- Assist at meal times including feeding
- Administer medication

**About You**:
**_ Essential Criteria:_**
- Certificate III in Aged Care or relevant experience within the Aged Care industry
- Effective communication skills and the ability to develop understanding relationships with residents
- Previous experience administering medications
- Valid Police Clearance no older than 6 months (or ability to obtain at interview stage)
- NDIS Screen Check (or willingness to obtain at interview stage)
- Evidence of current Flu and Covid Vaccinationsx3
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Available to attend a compulsory 6 day induction over 2 weeks at our Rivervale Training Institute.
