TTI is currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team in 31 Gilby Rd, Mount Waverley, VIC, 3149. Reporting to the Inbound Customer Service Team Leader, your key duties will include:

As a Customer Service Consultant - Inbound, you will provide professional and prompt friendly service to stakeholders. As first point of contact, you will manage the effective resolution of customer enquires through seamless communication you will ensure the customer experience is continually maintained and aligned with our brand values and quality expectations.

**What your day to day will look like**:
Provide efficient quality customer service by achieving a better understanding of customer needs and resolving customer problems and continuously improving service performance and customer satisfaction levels.
Establish and develop professional customer relationships.
Solving customer problems with a high level of efficiency and turnaround, providing feedback to customers, and analysing customer service needs for communication to the service operations team.
Liaise with all departments to ensure timely and efficient provision of products and services.
Report all customer complaints and services requirements to appropriate personnel in a timely and efficient manner to minimise customer dissatisfaction.

**What you will bring to the role**:
Three years' experience in a similar role within a call centre or customer service division.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a high attention to detail and quality.
High level of competency with the ability to work with multiple systems including SAP, Salesforce & Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on not only business success but the success of the team.
