**Accountabilities include**:

- Proactively manage Source 2 Pay/accounts payable function to ensure timely payment and clearing of accounts.
- Contribute to maintenance of procurement systems integrity and accuracy of financial and procurement records and internal controls within the Division.
- Assist the procurement team by undertaking low risk procurement activities.
- Develop and maintain complex spreadsheet models for analysis.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to enable timely and accurate analytical monthly reporting to management.
- Proactively contribute to continual process improvement and implementation within TransLink's operational functions.
- Liaise and negotiate internally within the Division, externally with staff in other Divisions and Corporate Finance and Operations (where necessary). - Contrbute to the on-going management and development of staff wintin the Procurement Operations team. This position reports to the Manager (Procurement and Operations).
- Management functions including business planning, financial management, governance and other responsibilities as legislated in the Public Service Act 2008 to ensure delivery of a responsive, effective and efficient services to the community and the Government.

This position reports to the Manager Procurement and Operations and has 2 direct reports.
