**About the role**:
Western Health, Drug Health Services (DHS) is currently seeking a suitably experienced Alcohol and Other Drugs Traineeship Supervisor to join dynamic multidisciplinary team.

The AOD Traineeship Supervisor role is to provide dedicated clinical superviison, mentorship and support to trainees in the AOD Traineeship program. THe Supervisor ensures that trainees receive comprehensive, structured professional guidance while fostereing a supportive learning environment that prepares trainees for long term careers in the AOD sector

The role includes some project development, coordination and administration to ensure effective operation of the Traineeship program, workinging collaboratively with all areas of Drug ealth Services treatment areas

**About you**:

- Hold relevant qualifications in AOD or related health discipline
- Experience in supporting early career professionals in the AOD or health sector
- Extensive AOD work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in clinical supervision or mentoring within the AOD sector
- Strong understanding of Harm Minimisation, Relapse Prevention, Overdose Prevention and other evidence based interventions
- Interest in service delivery planning, project facilitation and training programs
