**About The Opportunity**

As the Geologist (Technical Specialist), based at our Fortitude Valley office in Brisbane, you will play a vital support role for customers of our data management solution, Micromine Geobank. Being at the forefront of client interactions, your work will solidify customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction.

Reporting directly to the Principal Consultant (Micromine Geobank), your key responsibilities will include:

- Scoping, configuring, and deploying Micromine Geobank for customers.
- Conducting training with clients and in-house staff (in-person and online).
- Ensuring enhancement requests, bugs, and development issues are raised and resolved.
- BETA testing new versions and products to check improved functionality.
- Supporting the Sales team during technical demonstrations, trade shows, and other events.

**About You**

You will have geology experience within operational environments, including expertise in geological database management.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- A tertiary qualification in the Earth Sciences or a related discipline.
- Proficiency with using geological data collection and management software (e.g. Geobank, GIM Suite, Datashed).
- Whilst not mandatory, experience with SQL will be useful.
