**Responsibilities**:

- Construct formwork for concrete structures, including bridge decks, piers, abutments, and retaining walls, following engineering specifications and drawings.
- Set up and align formwork systems securely and properly to withstand the weight of concrete during pouring.
- Install reinforcement bars and mesh within formwork as per project requirements, ensuring proper placement and alignment.
- Collaborate with other construction team members, such as carpenters, engineers, and equipment operators, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Pour and finish concrete using appropriate techniques to achieve desired strength, texture, and appearance.
- Monitor concrete curing and take measures to protect it from adverse weather conditions or other potential hazards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for themselves and others at all times.
