**As a valued team member, your responsibilities will be to**:

- Help source suitable placements for the implementation of return to work programs and work hardening programs
- Help clients develop the skills needed to be a competent and competitive job seeker in the current employment market
- Actively market the skills and aptitudes of individual job seekers to suitable employers.
- Support and walk beside your clients to engage them in an effective job seeking journey
- Develop and harness a network of employers to secure on the job training and employment opportunities for your client
- Understand current employment incentive schemes and how to use them to get your client the best new job for them
- Coach and motivate your clients to become the best new employee possible and to secure their next job.

**Qualifications** What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Positivity, empathy and persistence to do an important job well
- Experience within employment services, recruitment, marketing or BTB sales
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multi-task and effective time management
- Knowledge and understanding of Workers' Compensation and injury management (desirable).
- Current driver's license and motor vehicle and the ability to travel
