As the Supervisor (Patient Support Assistant (PSA) Food Services), improving the patient's experience is the focus of your daily tasks, both directly and indirectly. You will supervise the PSAs food services while participating as a valued member of Environmental Services and coordinating workflow.

You will assist to maintain the Store for Food Services, ordering and recording food supplies while observing Food Safety requirements. You will support imprest storage locations throughout the hospital ensuring the Food Service meets customer's needs.
Operational Support includes the Food Service and Environmental Service. Food Services is specifically responsible for the production and delivery of meals including menu planning and management, the preparation of patient meals, restocking of inpatient unit pantries and beverage bays throughout NGH. As part of Operational Support, the Supervisor reports to the Coordinator Food Services.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Analyse and review policies, procedures and duty lists within Operational Services to maximise productivity and quality outcomes
- Prioritize workloads and organize replacement staff
- Ordering, Management of stock, processing of invoices and equipment for Operational Services.
- Manage the day-to-day work productivity within Food Services and be responsible for organising and managing staff.
