Our client is one of Australia’s big players in the timber truss and frame industry with a wide network of fabricators all over the country. We are seeking a Software Support/Help Desk Officer to join their operations on the northern Gold Coast. This role represents an opportunity to work for a family-owned business who will value your skills and contribution to their ongoing success.

On a day-to-day basis, your duties will include:

- Providing technical support and advice to customers via various methods - phone, online/TeamViewer and site visits
- Assisting in development of technical training and writing
- Software testing for new releases when required
- Some assistance in customer acquisition and expansion where the opportunity presents itself
- Previous in-depth experience with timber detailing software - steel detailers will also be considered
- Strong customer service skills - willing to go the extra mile
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A high level of organisation and attention to detail
