About Us:

Aussie Stairs is a leading manufacturer of high quality, custom-made timber staircases. With a reputation built on craftsmanship, innovation, and reliability, we're expanding our factory team and looking for an experienced Factory Joiner.

The Role:

As a Factory Joiner, you'll be responsible for preparing, assembling, and finishing stair components to a high standard of workmanship. You'll work with a variety of hardwoods & softwoods and tools in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

About You:

  • Proven experience in joinery, cabinetmaking or stair manufacturing (preferred)
  • High attention to detail and strong workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
  • Forklift licence (a bonus but not essential)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Cutting, machining and assembling stair components to specification
  • Operating a range of woodworking machinery and power tools
  • Working from drawings and job sheets
  • Preparing stair parts for pre-assembly and finishing
