**Marketing Manager (Subscription)** will grow and optimise the subscription offering within Dan Murphy’s - looking to increase member revenue, customer satisfaction and subscription range. Build and maintain a functional team and culture of that drives innovation, efficiency and best practices.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Deliver the omni channel customer contact strategy through the Lifecycle team, driving greater relevance through personalisation and inspiring communications aligned with the business plan.
- In partnership across the subscription team develop, test and implement innovative solutions within the Lifecycle team that optimise and enhance customer experiences to acquire and grow the subscription base.
- Manage the communications and lifecycle activity plan to drive awareness and share of wallet growth.
- Develop sales and communication plans with the outbound sales and customer hub teams.
- Continuously look for ways to integrate and automate subscription EDMs, driving efficiency and enhancing customer experiences.
- Partner with Merchandise teams to forecast demand and sourcing of subscription product offerings. Provide data led insights to inform and guide product selection that drive customer satisfaction.
- Partner with the eCommerce team to ensure the website experience delivers against the subscription proposition and customer journeys, including content.
- In partnership with Finance, be accountable for the management and spend of the subscription budget in alignment with your strategic objectives and spend within allocated budget.
- Work with creative teams to formulate and evolve the creative elements of our customer communications ensuring they are clear, engaging and always improving.
- Monitor and interpret key customer metrics and work with the broader team to implement measures to continually improve.
- Communicate and build team commitment to business strategies and create alignment, direction and role clarity.
- Develop and empower your team to work end to end together, creating a customer first team culture.
- Develop talent pipelines and future leaders by providing regular feedback to your team, creating meaningful development plans and ensuring robust succession plans.
**Qualifications**
Now let’s talk about you:
- Extensive experience in leading or working within subscription/CRM/digital marketing/loyalty, ideally in drinks.
- Experience in a marketing or loyalty based role (5+ years).
- Experience in leading teams / people management (2+ years).
- Proven collaborator and influencer with internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer focus: you use market insights, analytics and customer-first solutions to optimise customer experience.
- Creative thinker: you have a track record translating strategies into delivery and execution. Your growth mindset allows your team to openly express ideas and you take on challenges that carry the risk of failure. You role model a personal drive for change and motivate team members to embrace change and show initiative.
- Operational Expertise: you're a solid project manager with attention to detail and the ability to manage several initiatives at once. Operational expertise in target setting, phasing and timeline management, optimisation and budget/P&L management with data led decision making.
- Horizontal Leadership: you lead the way and role model a helpful and supportive approach to working together. You work collaboratively across teams to enhance outcomes and achieve common goals. You coach and empower team and colleagues to continuously improve delivery of results that support the strategic objectives.
- Experience in working within and influencing in a matrix/agile organisation.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing preferred.
