About the role:
An exciting opportunity to join our finance team.

The Payroll Officer is primarily responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Payroll.

This includes processing of various pay cycles, checking of new starters, terminations, deductions, and management of leave. You will also be responsible for answering team member queries in a timely manner.

What's involved:
- Follow up and import of timesheets from the T & A system- Calculation and processing of terminations- Process manual pay cycles as required- Maintain team member records as required- Process deductions such as Unions, tax, super etc

Who we're looking for:
You will be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively build string working relationships.

You will thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a dynamic and high performing team.

You’ll need:
- Experience in a similar role or background in finance (preferred)- Understanding of regulatory and EBA requirements (preferred)- Proficient computer literacy across Microsoft Office, UKG, Ichris, and Workday- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
