**Salary**:$80,000.00 to $140,000.00 /year

**Location**:Office location will be determined dependant on the right applicant, as we have offices based in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Brisbane.

We are looking for a talented Designer to join us

**The Role**:
In this role, you will play an essential role in the strategy, conception, and design of beautiful ideas, products, and services. You will bring exceptional creative thought and craft output, developing and delivering projects from brief to end user.

The Designer will work both independently and collaboratively with the Design Team - to evaluate design options, develop and push to find ‘big ideas’ based on design strategy and the creative brief.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensures all correspondence, materials, presentations, proposals, etc., seen by prospective and existing clients are error-free, of the highest quality, and always relevant to the client’s issues
- Partners effectively with all departments to ensure delivery of on-time, high-quality deliverables that address all relevant prospective clients requirements
- Communicates findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner in all written and oral presentation forms
- Keeps abreast of current design trends, remaining continuously curious
- Participates in meetings and critiques; explains and substantiates existing or potential design direction
- With input from Senior Designers and Design Directors, further explores specific design concepts, begins refinement of concepts.
- Plans and conducts design research

- Someone who can ideate and co-design with peers and clients in a positive and collaborative manner
- Someone who can present design work confidently to stakeholders, and build trusting relationships

**You’ll need to**:

- Have experience within a dedicated digital or specialty design role (agency or client-side)
- Have exceptional design aesthetics with a portfolio to demonstrate
- Have strong communication skills.
- Be proficient in user-centered design methodologies and design thinking
- Stay up to date with the latest design and technology trends
