We here at TOM Executive have partnered with a leading and rapidly expanding asset management firm to recruit an Account Manager within their **Custody Specialist team**.
- Permanent role based in the **Sydney CBD**:

- Utilise the latest technology and have a clear career path
- Flexible working from home arrangements and work life balance officered
- Salary package ranging from **$85,000 - $95,000 + super**

**What You Will Be Responsible For**:

- Management escalation point for queries received from both internal and external stakeholder
- Ensure that all staff fully comply with corporate policies to meet the needs of regulatory requirements and are fully engaged in local legal entity governance structure where appropriate
- Collaborate both internally and externally to drive efficiencies and best practices, including implementing process improvements for our business and our client
- Manage client custody specific issues for top-tier asset owners and institutional banking clients.
- All aspects of custodial administration including Accounting, Corporate actions, Full trade settlement cycle, Derivatives and Income

**Your Background**
- Bachelors Degree ( Finance, Business, Economics)
- 5 years + experience in a financial services work environment
- Experience in managing and mentoring a high performing team
