We are seeking a full-time technical support person to assist with solar design, solar system configuration and customer support through the installation journey

**$70,000 per year + Super - Hybrid working role**

**The Role**

We are seeking someone experienced with solar and battery design, optimisation and installation to assist our installation team with queries and project management as well as leasing with our design consultants and customers so that we can provide the best solar solution to suit their needs and their property.

Reporting and working alongside the Managing Director to;
- Reviewing, editing, and creating system designs for residential and commercial properties
- Responding to customer queries and questions regarding their solar installation
- Being a point of contact and liaising between electricians, design consultants and customers
- Assisting with educating the sales team on new products
- Keeping up with any changes in regulations for solar installations across all states and territories in Australia

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience with solar design software including Nearmaps, Opensolar and Pylon etc
- Sound understanding of both residential and commercial solar installations
- Aware of CEC, NECA and state government guidelines and regulations for solar installation
- Sound scheduling and administrative experience
- Work with management towards continual business improvements/ initiatives
- Confident and competent using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Superior attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills and capabilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Participate and contribute to our dynamic team environment.
