**Allied Health Manager | Day Program** **Ramsay Clinic Northside** **Open to psychologists, counsellors, social workers, occupational therapists, and Dietitians.** **Permanent Full Time (76 hours per fortnight)** Ramsay Clinic Northside is a 137-bed private hospital and a premier provider of mental health care. The clinic also runs a robust outpatient service including day programs which 6-days per week. We offer excellent specialist clinical care for: - Mood disorders - Eating disorders - Acute mental health disorders - Adolescent and Young Adult mental health - Drug and alcohol detoxification and rehabilitation **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced mental health worker to join our team in this full-time management opportunity**.** Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, this role will include, but is not limited to: - Provide support to the Allied Health staff and senior management team to ensure the achievement of department and Hospital objectives in line with strategic Hospital plans. - Providing high quality assessment and treatment through the delivery of comprehensive therapy programs and services to customers of the Hospital. - Planning and facilitation of Group Therapy Programs, which provide support, skills and education in the treatment and management of mental health illnesses. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will be a motivated, energetic and flexible team player with a high degree of professionalism. You will have excellent clinical and communication skills and strive to have a positive impact on the wellbeing of patients. You will have experience in a sole facilitation group therapy role. You will also have the following selection criteria: Essential Criteria: - Holds relevant Allied health professional qualification (ie. Psychologist, Counsellor, Social worker, Occupational Therapist, Dietitian etc.) with National Governing body - Experience in the provision of mental health interventions and/or group therapy in a clinical setting. - Understanding of therapy program development using evidence base frameworks - Experience in managing staff and/or as a senior staff member of a team. - Demonstrate initiative and creativity in thinking.
