**The Position**:
- Manage the execution of safe and efficient cleaning and waste removal activities within the scope of the site contractual specifications Work co-operatively with the operations and kitchen teams daily, provide strong leadership and guidance
- Manage finances within a budget
- Comprehensive understanding of site service specification
- Prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports for management
- Compliance with Internal and External Audits

e.g. Environmental Audits, BSC, ACHS, HICMR, WHS Profiling
- Purchase and manage stock
- Lead and manage people
- Develop and update industry knowledge
- Comply with infection control policies and procedures in a Healthcare environment
- Promote and maintain _Our Safety Culture_

**The Person**:

- Strong team management skills with experience in cleaning operations in a healthcare or aged care environment
- Demonstrated experience at management level, qualifications/experience in healthcare or business management will be highly valued
- Strong commercial acumen is essential with intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels
- Proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive, and motivated with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing a team of hospital assistants
