As a Manager, you will be an integral part of our operations, overseeing various areas within the venue to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a diverse team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. This is a full-time position, offering a great opportunity to contribute to the success of our park.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and well-equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of your departments and duty manage.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and team.
- Collaborate with other managers and teams to develop and execute strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Uphold & lead teams with WHS policies, procedures and training.
- Maintain records and generate reports on operations and attendance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, fast food or tourism industry.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with team and guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by the operational needs of the business.

**Salary and Benefits**:
We offer a competitive salary with your skills and experience. As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for discounts on activities and food.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
