APG Workforce are currently looking for an experience QA Manager for our client based in Mt Kuring-Gai (near Hornsby).

This role will oversee the sites production and ensure product being produced is fit for consumption & meets all specification as well as oversee a small team of QA Officers.
- Full-time role on offer
- Typically start times between 7am-9am (however must be flexible to do start between 3am - 3pm or 10pm night shift, on occasion if required)
- Base rate of $29.53/ hour
- Supervisor allowance of $26.49 + QA allowance of $5.20 daily
- Attendance bonus $15/ week (if weekly criteria met)
- Plenty of overtime on offer, including Saturday shifts when production runs on weekends.
- Early morning (12.5%), afternoon (15%) and night (30%) penalties applied as required
- _Potential base gross earnings of $1295/ week including allowances_

**Critical Skills and Experience Required**
- Previous experience in food processing
- A sound knowledge of WQA, SQF 2000, Australian Standards, Coles Supplier requirements and HACCP
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and nominated software packages
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Background in poultry processing
- Self-motivated
- Good communication skills, time management, organisational skills
- Food industry experience
- High level of QA knowledge
- Experience supervising a small team (approx. 10 people)
