**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- **Work alongside experienced Property Managers**:
- To assist the Senior Property Managers with the overflow:
- Lease renewals
- Entry and exit inspections
- Routines
- Rental Arrears
- Processing maintenance
- Providing exceptional customer service to owners and tenants/ follow up and clear communication
- Monday - Friday
- **QLD Certificate of Registration**:
- **Australian drivers license**:
- **Previous experience in Real Estate/Reception (Min 6-12 months)**:
- **Must be a friendly, bubbly person who enjoys coming to work**:
- Excellent computing skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding organisation and time management
- Ability to deliver high end customer service to guests, owners and tenants
- Immaculate presentation
