Support Services Coordinator

Woodend, Australia New Aged Care Full time

Due to ongoing growth within our business, New Aged Care P/L is looking for a Support Services Coordinator (Rostering) to join our team. Our unique company model of General Practice specialising in aged care services, including GP services, an approved Home Care package provider.

**Duties**:

- Schedule Client home and transportation visits, working closely with our Case Managers and Carers to ensure that the schedule meets the Clients' clinical and personal requirements, whilst complying with Legislation and Industry Award.
- Ensure Clients are matched with appropriate staff who meet their needs, requests and are skilled, competent and confident to deliver the services as required or requested.

**Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of Macedon Ranges and surrounding district is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work within a team Environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Must be passionate about supporting our Client Base with patience and empathy.
- Experience in office administration including advanced computer skills
- Being comfortable with working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced role.
- Experience in the use of online rostering systems and industry specific Awards and Legislation (SCHADS Award). Telstra Health’s iCare system and mobile Care Worker an advantage.
- Scheduling: 1 year experience (preferred)
