**Who are we after?**

We are looking for a hard working, empathetic and compassionate person to join our team in Woodend.

The role will require you to conduct the intake of new residents and work in our intake team. It is integral that you have a high level of confidentiality and understanding the privacy of others.

**What's the main role?**
- Intake of new residents
- Booking appointments and organising transport
- Documentation uploading and data entry
- Dealing with prospective clients and their families
- General housekeeping and presentation, ensuring the office day to day operations are completed
- Manage agendas, office environment and operational requirements, etc.

**About you, what are we looking for**
- Excellent phone and customer service skills and the ability to liaise and manage communication
- Prior experience and skills in AOD or Mental Health
- Experience working as an Office Administration or Executive Assistant or a similar role
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to manage complex work both for yourself and with others
- Intermediate use of Office 365 programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Health services or mental health experience
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure/stress and meet demands and emotions
- Current and valid Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Current and valid Police Check and Working with Children Check

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $26.37 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
