**Overnight Guest Service Agent at Hyatt Centric Melbourne**:

- Ensure a seamless and efficient operation of the Front Office on a day-to-day basis You are the face of our check in and check out experience, handling quest queries effortlessly.
- Prepare arrival and departure reservations in our hotel PMS, noting requests and loyalty status of our guests. Process payments for guest departure, including posting payments, processing EFTPOS transactions and preparing invoices.
- Ensure that all public and back of house areas are maintained to a high level of cleanliness, maintenance and presentation. Be on the lookout and watch over our guests, guest belongings, staff and hotel property.
- Actively upsell and cross sell hotel services and outlets.
- Be a local Melbourne expert and engage with our guests sharing your knowledge on the city’s attractions, laneways, restaurants and bars.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:

- The flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends, public holidays and overnights
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills with a strong ability to multi-task
- A passion for hospitality and a desire to provide the best service for our guests
- Superior guest service skills along with excellent service resolution skill
- Experience in a guest relations or front office experience is advantageous.
