We have helped hundreds of thousands of Australians find the right furniture for their loved home since 2007. We employ over 130 highly talented individuals within the company in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane who have helped us grow the business.

We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated Area manager to join our Melbourne operation.

**In your role you will be responsible for**:

- Assisting in the development of the retail store operations, including the implementation of policies and procedures
- Participating in team and departmental meetings by providing feedback on current day-to-day activity and recommendations for improvement
- Maintain frequent communication with retail store staff and provide ongoing support where required
- Working closely with the general manager on operational projects
- Onboarding of new employees

**To achieve success in this role you will need the following essential criteria**:

- Experience in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities without ego, who can inspire, empower and lead within a sophisticated organisation
- High level of organisational skills
- High level of computer and data analysis skills
- Tertiary qualification is highly desirable but not necessary
- Can do attitude with the ability to adapt to an ever-growing environment

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
