**Role Purpose**
To drive the in store marketing strategy by delivering best in class connected customer experiences that enable business and brand objectives are delivered into Woolworths Supermarkets
- 12month fixed term contract role**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead Format Innovation Concepts & In store marketing delivery across segments - Core, Value, Up, Ethnic
- Delivery in an agile environment, partnering with Squads to deliver program work with expertise on the store experience
- Support in store strategy delivering to brand and business objectives
- Work with our customer insights partners on briefs to better understand our customer’s behaviour as well as test and learn new in store concepts and messaging
- Focus on the role and location of POS and permanent signage - clear definition of what goes where and how we execute category plans and ensure scalability across formats
- Support leader on key In Store customer projects - FME, Ethnicity, CFR, Metro alignment
- Understand customers to strategically engage, educate and disrupt the shopper journey through key in-store touchpoints
- Analysing project / renewal effectiveness and ROI
- Competitor Store reviews and reporting
- Support change to the in store program to drive customer satisfaction and experience across Renewal Stores and Fleet as a total in store marketing solution
- Oversee signage plans in Renewal stores and drive the marketing strategy throughout all touchpoints
- Manage ISM Category and ‘Renewal’ budgets - by supporting the In Store Marketing & Development Specialist
- Manage commercial, renewal and brand stakeholders to deliver commercial and creative outcomes
- Oversee in store support for categories (with a focus on strategic projects, ie: Long Life)
- Working closely with category teams to understand the objectives and utilise the in store environment to deliver to category and brand objectives
- Manage key in store projects (ie: CFR, local marketing, provenance & Ethnic)
**What you bring to the role**
- 10 years retail experience
- Strategic planning skills
- Experience utilzing customer research to influence strategic planning
- Senior stakeholder management skills
- Experience in production, campaign, in store, retail marketing
- Experience managing/mentoring of team members
- Strong budget and financial management experience, you will be a results orientated individual with exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to prioritise and manage a number of projects at one time
