**Role Purpose**

To drive the in store marketing strategy by delivering best in class connected customer experiences that enable business and brand objectives are delivered into Woolworths Supermarkets

As the In Store Marketing and Development Planner, your mission will be to assist in driving understanding and awareness of the Woolworths Brand proposition through an impactful and engaging in store experience.

The focus is on bringing our brand to life through best-in-class in store communications that supports the Woolworths' brand ambitions through the execution and communication of the Woolworths brand pillars in the in store environment.

You will also help define a clear in store canvas strategy to support our strategic objectives and brand strategy. It is a collaborative position where you will work with our partners and stakeholders to deliver new in store category or brand initiatives into Woolworths to maximise customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement permanent in store marketing communications that is tailored across segments - Core, Value, Up, and Ethnic overlays.
- Delivery in an agile environment, partnering with Squads to deliver program work with expertise on the store experience
- Ensure all in store initiatives are delivering to a Woolworths brand proposition and a Woolworths strategic business focus
- Ensure best practice review and optimisation of in store initiatives, utilising the right customers insights tools
- Continue working with our customer insights partners to better understand our customer’s behaviour to help inform how we engage, educate and disrupt shoppers through key in store touch points.
- Partner with the ISM team to clarify the role and location of campaign POS and permanent signage and how we can better utilise the canvas and messages.
- Partner and support W360 teams (including but not limited to format & innovation, design and signage partners) to deliver the new and renewal store program, as well as test and trial new initiatives.
- Partner with commercial/category, brand, enablement, smarter & simpler and range curation stakeholders to deliver strategic business objectives.
- Partner with our creative and signage agencies to deliver best in class, innovative and connected in store customer experience.
- Analysing project / renewal effectiveness and ROI
- Competitor Store reviews and reporting
- Support stores with In Store Marketing Guides to clearly communicate best practice in store with new systems and POS
- Support the Marketing Managers and Head of In store Marketing on projects are requested

**What you bring to the role**
- 3-5 years in Retail marketing
- How customers interact with retail spaces
