**The Role**
The APS 4 Business Support Officer supports the critical functions of business and administrative coordination through the provision of a high level of support and customer service to the Air Training and Aviation Commons Systems Program Office (ATACSPO).
The role includes providing administrative support associated with ATACSPO financial transactions; task management; facilities management support; information management; business process mapping and reviews; meeting co-ordination and vehicle management.
The APS 4 Business Support Officer is accountable under limited direction to perform and achieve moderately complex procedural, operational, administrative and business support work within an integrated environment.
**About our Team**
As part of the Joint Aviation Systems Division (JASD) within CASG, the Air Training and Aviation Commons Systems Program Office (ATACSPO) is located in Regional Victoria at the RAAF Base East Sale with an office also located within the Melbourne CBD.
