Our client's need is **"Head of Digital Marketing"** with the main responsibility being to create better experiences and outcomes for your customers. **Your responsibilities will be to**: - Develop, pursue and build new and existing customer relationships - Lead, coach, align and manage the digital marketing automation group - Assist with marketing strategy - Plan and execute marketing campaign automation - Experience with marketing automation tools such as: - Marketo - Pardot - SalesForce Marketing Cloud - Ensuring best practice standards are developed and adhered to **Additional Skills**: - Solid experience in a consulting role - in-house or agency - Transferable knowledge and skills in areas such as CRM, CDP, social media and data analysis - High level of written and oral communication - Translates technical into business terms for non-tech stakeholders - Ability to collect, collate, manage and interpret information / data - Experience in creating and delivering marketing for results - Experienced in matrix organisations and working collaboratively
