Bar Supervisor

Rick Shores is one of Australia's most iconic beachfront restaurants, known for its award-winning modern Asian dining, oceanfront setting, and world-class service. We are seeking experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team and help us deliver exceptional experiences for both our valued guests and team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work effectively within the team with day-to-day operations .
  • Work closely with the bar manager to effectively lead the team.
  • Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks diligently within given timeframe.
  • Producing cocktails and beverages to a high standard within a high volume restaurant.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, speed and service in a fast paced working environment.
  • Work in all facets of the bar, following opening and closing procedures, restocking, inventory control, bar service and bar back support.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience with bartendering roles .
  • Previous bar supervisor or management experience.
  • Cocktail experience and knowledge.
  • Able to maintain service expectations in a high volume bar.
