**This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional. The Business Unit Lead - Early Intervention role, is responsible for managing the delivery of operational management for our Early Intervention Programs, including our unique Foundation Skills Group (FSG) and Early Intervention (EI) Programs. This position helps create positive first steps for neurodiverse children and their families.**

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Business Operations Manager - Clinical Services, you will exercise managerial responsibility for the operational running of the programs across all FSG sites and EI services, including management of staff within a multi-disciplinary team to successfully implement and deliver programs in alignment with program values, quality standards and organisational policy.

**As we have offices at Tonsley and Elizabeth, location for this role could be negotiated with the right applicant.**

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant business degree qualification and extensive relevant experience; or
- an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any combination of education, training and/or experience
- Extensive experience working and in-depth understanding of the disability sector
- Strong working knowledge of the NDIS and Quality and Safeguards Framework
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- Experience in leading projects and achieving deliverables within designated timeframes
- Experienced change manager dedicated to fostering positive team culture
