**_The Role.._**
- Drive continuous improvement activities relevant to clinical care.
- Lead all staff members responsible for the delivery of care to residents.
- Leadership and coordination of all aspects of clinical care and services across the residential facility
- Responsible for the financial performance of the facility including the management of budgets and ACFI
- Assist in the development of facility team rosters and ensuring optimal skill mix
- Manage clinical risk and ensure a genuine commitment to continuous improvement within the facility
- Management of staff performance and professional development
- Ensuring standards of nursing and service delivery is in accordance with best practice, organisational policy and legislation
- Management and monitoring of all facility complaints and the associated resolution process

**_About you..._**
- Registered Nurse qualifications & current AHPRA registration.
- Experience at leading, educating and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience and knowledge of clinical assessments, care plans, ACFI and accreditation compliance and documentation
- A hands on approach to your role with a focus on customer service and leadership
- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse Div 1 with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Post graduate qualifications in aged care and business management would be highly desirable
- Strong IT skills to ensure that documentation and reporting requirements can be maintained in accordance with organisational and legislative requirements
- A confident team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that has a passion for leading clinical outcomes
- Knowledge and understanding of the physiology of the ageing process.
- Current Australian working rights.
