**Job Description - Social Media and Marketing Specialist**
- (Must Have Proven Experience in Chinese Social Media Management)_

**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Account Management & Growth**

◦ Manage and grow official accounts on **WeChat Channels, Xiaohongshu, Douyin**, as well as **TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook**.

◦ Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies to drive engagement and audience growth.

◦ Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- **Community Engagement & Audience Growth**

◦ Actively expand the community by **attracting new followers** and increasing engagement.

◦ **Convert public traffic into private communities** (e.g., WeChat groups, private channels) and develop retention strategies.

◦ Engage with community members, foster discussions, and implement interactive activities to maintain high participation levels.
- **Content Support & Visual Design**

◦ Design **simple promotional materials** such as **posters, flyers, and digital assets** to support social media campaigns.

◦ Assist in curating relevant content that aligns with brand goals.
- **Bonus Areas (Nice-to-Have but Not Required)**

◦ Proven success in **scaling social media accounts**, with supporting data preferred.

◦ Experience with **livestreaming**（常态化直播）**, knowledge monetization**（知识付费）**, or community operations**（私域社群运营）.

◦ Basic understanding of **SEO, SEM, and digital advertising** to support content reach and discoverability.

**Requirements**:

- **Must-have**: Proven experience managing and growing **Chinese social media accounts** (WeChat Channels, Xiaohongshu, Douyin), with **specific account examples as proof**.
- Previous 2+ years experience in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of **organic content growth** and community engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with **TikTok, Instagram, and other international platforms**.
- Experience in **community management and audience expansion**.
- Basic graphic design skills (able to create simple marketing materials like posters or flyers).
- Native in Mandarin, fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Strong **team player** with excellent collaboration skills.

You will need to demonstrate an ability to work within a business which is dynamic, flexible and customer and result driven, as the company continue to lead and revolution R/E industry in Australia, particular in great Sydney.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term, Contract

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- Chinese social media platform: 2 years (preferred)
