At Nextt, we’re on the hunt for enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to help two young men in Armstrong Creek transition to independent living.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
Think of yourself as a life coach, cheerleader, and mentor rolled into one You’ll use your skills in epilepsy management, medication assistance, and life skills mentoring to support participants with cooking, cleaning, and everyday tasks. No two days will be the same as you help these young men build confidence, independence, and new skills.

- Have experience with autism, epilepsy management, and medication support

**Your Schedule - Perfect for Work-Life Balance**
**CASUAL (20 hours/fortnight)**:

- Week 1_:

- Monday: 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM
- Tuesday: 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM
- Sunday: 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM
- Week 2_:

- Tuesday: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- Thursday: 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM

**What You’ll Need to Join Our Dream Team**:

- First Aid and CPR certification
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a car with comprehensive insurance
- VIC Employee Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Completion of the NDIS Quality, Safety and You online module
