Our client is seeking a passionate Senior Care Manager to manage and support the clinical operations across their organisation in Victoria as their
**Relieving Care Manager. **This role will be shared along with 5 other Relieving Care Managers - managing different areas across Greater Melbourne and Victoria.

**leading not-for-profit organisation** alongside a professional and well-established management team, with an incredible passion for delivering exceptional service in aged care.

This role involves traveling to facilities to assist in the absence of Care Managers, support through accreditation and overall clinical management across the organisation.

**Your duties will include**:

- Responsible for managing the clinical duties across Aged Care facilities in Victoria
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff within each Aged Care facility
- Support and assist the on-site care managers with accreditation preparation, quality & compliance, and risk management
- Directly report to and work alongside the Service Managers
- Earn a competitive salary up to $125,000 + super + salary packaging

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Driver's license
- Minimum 4 years management experience in Aged Care
- Registered Nursing qualification
