**The Opportunity**
We are excited to represent a growing Finance & Insurance organisation seeking a dynamic and people-centric HR professional looking to make a real impact in a growing and innovative organisation.

This fantastic team seeks a talented People & Performance Consultant to join their progressive team. It's a diverse and exciting workplace with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Suva, Johannesburg, and Durban.

**The Role**

Reporting to the GM of People and performance is a true generalist role. You will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties;
- Provide a professional, business-focused people service to the designated business units and develop strong, trusting relationships based on the company's values.
- Partner with the People Leaders and take a coaching approach when providing them with leaders' information to facilitate effective, consistent, and empowering people management.
- Analyse trends and people metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies to mitigate risk or issues.
- Provide advice and support to leaders and employees across the company on policy and procedural, disciplinary, and counseling matters.

- You will have a solid ability to identify patterns and solve problems to ensure you are ahead of the game
- Prior experience and knowledge of ER legislation and procedural fairness is critical for this role; particularly coaching stakeholders through performance management matters
