**Position**

Due to company growth, the position of Internal Account Manager is now available. This role works closely with the Internal and External Sales teams.

In this role, you will carry out the below:

- Manage incoming business enquiries
- Manage a portfolio of existing named accounts
- Provide quotes and estimates on product through a list of vendors
- Creating sales orders and converting quotes
- Liaising with colleagues and customers
- Entering purchase orders and general data entry duties
- Work alongside an Outside Sales Representative

- Experience in a Sales Support/Internal Sales/Account Management position
- Previous experience in Electronic Security or Electrical Wholesale highly desirable
- Ability to form strong and lasting relationships with clients and customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office suite
- Have a great attitude, with a friendly and warm demeanour with clients
