**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Officer to join our team. As a Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and attract new clients within the disability sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aligned with organizational objectives.
- Create compelling content for various platforms to educate and inform our target audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Nurture relationships with stakeholders, including clients, community organizations, and partners.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Officer or similar role, preferably within the healthcare or disability services sector.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative ideas.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
