**YOUR ROLE**

The purpose of this role is to drive the implementation of IAG’s Community Impact Program focusing on climate and disaster resilience.

This will include helping develop the Community Impact programs and leading community partnerships, programs, and employee engagement opportunities ensuring both commercial and social outcomes are measured and realised.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability teams, ensuring partnerships and programs deliver on key objectives, including driving preparedness action, brand and reputation outcomes, and employee engagement priorities.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in leading strategic community partnerships and programs, and/or sustainability initiatives that deliver both social and commercial outcomes
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement, management and influencing skills
- Ability to lead key initiatives of a program and deliver a measurable outcome
- Tertiary qualification/s in Social Sciences, Community Development, Communications, Marketing, Business Management or related fields
- Understanding of Climate and Disaster Resilience, and behaviour change (desirable)
