**Job Description** What we are looking for** **in our new Practice Coordinator**:

- Dental Assisting Duties as required;
- Provide clinical support to the team to ensure outstanding delivery of patient experience;
- Effectively manage and monitor practice materials;
- To be our Infection control supervisor;
- Management of stock control;
- Maintain records on incoming and outgoing lab work, storage and archiving of dental models;
- Manage daily clinical checklists;
- Provide input into clinical operations at the practice; AND
- Support Practice Manager and Lead Dentist with training and development of the clinical team

**Qualifications**
- Dental experience essential and exposure to a similar position highly desirable
- Proficient in dental terminology and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental software systems is an asset
