We are on the hunt for a Receptionist / Customer Service Team Member who has a passion for the Fashion industry..

**Key Responsibilities;**
- Welcoming and assisting visitors at reception offering refreshments
- Management of meeting rooms including set up, refresh, booking and calendar maintenance
- Assist with office activities set up & arrangements
- Ensuring all printers are clean & restocked with paper
- Ordering stationaries & supplies, ensuring stationary cupboards are stocked
- Organisation of catering for corporate boardroom lunches and in house events
- Collection and distribution of mail and courier items
- Ensure kitchen & lunchroom are clean at all times and bins are emptied & assist with kitchen roster
- Ensure warehouse office & kitchen is stocked with snacks
- Assist with organising office birthdays
- Assisting Directors with PA duties
- Handle customer queries professionally, provide knowledgeable solutions and follow up as required
- Ensuring customer profiles & communication is documented
- Working with the returns team on processing returns & faulty replacements
- Assisting with warehouse duties and stock management
- Provide back up and support to other Customer Service team members as/when requested

**Requirements**:

- Reception and customer service experience ideally in an e-commerce / fashion environment
- Be self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Able to multi-task and manage your time effectively
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Well-mannered, excellent communication skills, professional presentation
- Intermediate computer skills
